World’s first electric road that charges moving vehicles debuts in Sweden


The very first electrified road that is capable of charging electric vehicles as they drive across it is now open outside of Stockholm, Sweden. While the road, which links Stockholm Arlanda airport to a nearby logistics site, is only 1.2 miles long, it is a significant step forward in Sweden’s overall energy and climate change strategic plan.
