Insane flooding in France has prompted the evacuation of thousands of people, and now famed museums in Paris are worried about the rising River Seine. The river is the highest it’s been in 30 years, and is expected to creep higher. The Louvre and the Musée d’Orsay announced plans to close so they can protect their art.
