California implements plastic straw ban at dine-in restaurants

A monumental week of reforms forged by California lawmakers saw no signs of slowing by Thursday when groundbreaking legislation was brought into effect by Governor Jerry Brown. Plastic straws are a thing of the past, but which reusable straw is best for the future?

The days where plastic straw wrappers litter the counter tops of restaurants, coffee shops and fast food joins are nearing their end. First paper straw factory in decades to open as UK bans plastic

As the United Kingdom moves forward with its planned ban on single-use plastic products, the first paper straw factory to open in decades is rising in Wales to meet the consumer need.
