Solar-powered mountain home is a sustainable prototype for Aspen development

Like many places across the U.S., the real estate market is booming in Aspen, Colorado. As companies move in to replenish the dwindling housing inventory, one real estate developer hopes to provide a more sustainable alternative to inevitable onslaught of cookie-cutter homes. Working in collaboration with San Francisco-based Aidlin Darling Design, the developer has completed a solar-powered dwelling that serves as a new energy-efficient prototype for speculative real estate in Aspen.

Uber just gave the world a first look at its air taxi prototype

Uber’s latest “flying car” air taxi model is being revealed at its annual Elevate conference in Los Angeles on May 8th, 2018. The company hopes to use this latest model, which will fly at an altitude of 1000 to 2000 feet, to launch its air taxi service by 2023.
