Wood Cremation Urns by Mainely Urns

Our wood cremation urns are made of woods such as walnut, oak, cherry and mahogany which are typically classified as “hardwoods” due to their toughness, and the fact that they typically come from deciduous trees. Hardwoods are normally more expensive than softwoods because the trees grow more slowly. Some wood cremation urns are made of softer woods like pine and exotics from South America, Italy and Spain. We also feature Eco-friendly or ‘green burial’ wood urns such as bamboo cremation urns.
