The very first electrified road that is capable of charging electric vehicles as they drive across it is now open outside of Stockholm, Sweden. While the road, which links Stockholm Arlanda airport to a nearby logistics site, is only 1.2 miles long, it is a significant step forward in Sweden’s overall energy and climate change strategic plan. Airbus is putting spacious sleeping pods in airplane cargo holds

Finally, airlines have figured out a way to give you a lot more space to stretch out on an airplane, but there’s one catch: you have to travel in the cargo hold. Airbus and Zodiac Aerospace are teaming up to create modular sleeping compartments with all the luxuries of old-time train travel, tucked into the cargo space of airplanes.
