Brooks + Scarpa completes forest-like kinetic sculpture ringed with rain gardens

Public art should do more than decorate. Brooks + Scarpa targeted a triple bottom line with their design of the recently completed Gateway Sculpture at Pembroke Pines City Center in southern Florida.
